ICBC Unbounded Platinum Digital Card does not require annual fees if it is not activated.

1. Application link: ICBC Unbounded Platinum Digital Credit Card currently only supports mobile online application. The specific channels include: mobile banking, ICBC e-Link, ICBC e-Life "Digital Card Zone", code on Recommended, ICBC Credit Card WeChat official account, UnionPay APP and third-party Internet traffic. The digital credit card application process is the same as the physical credit card application process. If the customer has a credit card application record within 18 months, he only needs to fill in 5 pieces of application information to complete.

2. Approval process: After the customer successfully submits the application, our bank's backend will initiate rapid approval, and the account opening can be completed within 1-2 minutes at the fastest. For some customers, the approval process may be delayed due to information review reasons. Afterwards, the final approval result of our bank shall prevail. Our bank will notify customers of the approval results via 95588 SMS.

3. Activation link: For new customers who apply for ICBC credit cards for the first time, after receiving the SMS reminder that the card application is successful, they must bring their original ID card to the smart terminal of the ICBC outlet in the city where the card is applied for activation ( Activation through counter channels is not currently supported); for old customers who are not applying for our bank's credit card for the first time, they can search for "Digital Card Area" on the top bar of the ICBC e-Life APP and click the "Digital Card Activation" button to activate it online.

The digital card activation column in the digital card area now supports the silent card binding function of Cloud QuickPass (see Figure 7 for details). The system will check "Cloud QuickPass binding card" by default during the activation process. After completing the SMS verification code and face recognition, the customer sets the digital card password, clicks to activate online, and the customer's name, mobile phone number and card number information are displayed. After the customer clicks to bind the card, the online activation process of the digital card including binding Cloud QuickPass is completed. . Among them, Union Quick Pass card binding is checked by default, and customers can uncheck the card binding process or skip the card binding process.

4. Query link: After the cardholder successfully activates the card, he can search for "Digital Card Area" through the top bar of ICBC eLife APP, click the "Digital Card Query" button, and perform a three-factor query on the digital card ( Card number, validity period, CVV2).

5. Card binding link: In addition to the silent card binding function of Cloud QuickPass embedded in the digital card activation process, customers can initiate active card binding by themselves through internal and external channels.

6. Card use: The Unbounded Platinum digital card has no physical media, and the card use experience is consistent with the general credit card-bound payment experience. It also supports "Apply Now", "Digital Card Activation", "Digital Card Inquiry", "Card Application Progress Inquiry", "One-click Card Binding", "Bill Installment", One-stop card management such as "account security lock" and "rights enquiry".
