Supplementary card refers to the credit card that the cardholder applies for for his immediate family. The secondary card uses the limit of the main card, and the consumption is included in the bill of the main card. It is ok to pay back the money to both the main card and the auxiliary card.

If there are multiple cards under the same customer's name, Ping An Bank will share a quota, an account and the bill will be settled together. You only need to pay back any card (except business card and Jintong card).

If the card number is returned to someone else's Ping An credit card account by mistake due to an input error, you can call the customer service hotline or use our incoming line for consultation through our APP (Ping An Pocket Bank).
