Registered customers of mobile banking can log in to the mobile banking client and report the loss through the menu of "Credit Card-Settings-Loss Reporting and Replacement Card". Online banking registered customers log in through personal online banking and report the loss in the menu of "Credit Card-Settings-Loss Reporting".
