The credit card transaction objection refers to the situation where the cardholder discovers a transaction by someone other than the person in the credit card transaction details, and raises an objection to the transaction to the card-issuing bank and freezes the transaction. This is generally referred to as transaction objection.
If there is a transaction objection, there are generally the following handling methods:
1. Check the bill details, and the cardholder actively recalls whether the credit card has been lent to others;
2. Call the credit card customer service number and ask the customer service to verify whether the merchant of the transaction has another name registered to help the cardholder recall the transaction;
3. If it is determined that the transaction is indeed not by the person holding the transaction, and it is not due to the cardholder holding the transaction, If the cardholder fails to keep the card, actively discloses the password, etc., the cardholder can apply to the card issuing bank for adjustment of the objection transaction.
4. Disputed transactions generally have a processing time stipulated by the card issuing bank. In principle, domestic transactions need to submit objection transaction applications within 120 days after the date of entry, and overseas transactions need to submit applications within 180 days after the date of entry; if the order exceeds Time and losses shall be borne by the cardholder himself.
