1. The payee generates a bill based on the amount to be paid, and generates the corresponding QR code;

2. Open the Bank of Communications "Pay the Bill" APP and scan the merchant's QR code, just confirm the payment.

Notes:

1. There are transaction limits: a single transaction limit of 300 yuan, a single-day limit of 1,000 yuan, and a single-month limit of 3,000 yuan;

2. Credit card to credit card payment is not supported, and payment to my debit card is not supported;

3. Payment to Alipay or WeChat is not supported.
