Tips:
1. Customers who already hold BOC credit cards or have launched BOC personal online banking wealth management version and VIP version will apply for credit cards through personal online banking, which will be mailed directly to you after business card printing is completed;
2. Inquiry customers who have not applied for BOC credit cards can also apply for credit cards online. After you fill in the relevant application information in online banking, you will be prompted to select a card withdrawal outlet and submit relevant information. After business card printing, you will be informed to go to the corresponding outlets to collect credit cards. When you pick up the card, you have a valid identity document and sign it for confirmation;
3. You apply for a credit card through personal online banking. If you are an old customer of the credit card, the phone number returned is the phone number kept in the card core system; If you are a BOC customer, but you are a new credit card customer, the mobile phone number retained in the core system will be displayed; These two mobile phone numbers can be modified through personal mobile banking (mobile banking-my-my information-modify mobile phone number);
4. If you are a brand-new customer of BOC and don't return the customer's mobile phone number, you can manually enter it yourself. The BOC system will dock with the operator system to verify whether this mobile phone number is your own, and if it is verified, you can continue to apply.
