1. 1. If you report the loss of your credit card, call the customer service hotline immediately. The loss of the telephone will take effect immediately, and the handling fee is 50 yuan RMB.
2. You can log in to the personal online bank of Bank of Communications to report the loss. Be sure to call the customer service hotline to reissue the card after reporting the loss. Once the loss is reported, the 50 yuan loss reporting fee will be deducted immediately.
3. Please check the contents filled in when applying for the card. After completing the card replacement procedure, the new card will be issued on the next working day and sent to the address you specified by registered mail.
