1. Cardholders can call Ping An Bank's customer service hotline to apply for increasing the temporary credit limit. Ping An Bank will conduct an audit according to the cardholder's credit record and card usage to meet the cardholder's consumption demand as much as possible.

2. Cardholders can also log in to our credit card online banking, and select "Main Card Limit Adjustment" in "Card Management" to apply for increasing the temporary limit.

3. Cardholders can call the customer service hotline to check the credit card limit, and know the credit card account's arrears and current available limit anytime and anywhere.
