7. Click below to apply for a refund.

8. Jump to the refund amount, and then click Confirm in the lower right corner.

9. This completes the refund of the purchased meal tickets.

10. In the meal ticket order, you can also see that the previous usable status has changed to refund.

2. Things you need to know:

1. When shopping at the China Merchants Bank Online Mall, if the order has not been paid, you can enter "My Orders", click on the corresponding order and cancel the order by yourself. ;

2. If the order is still not paid after 30 minutes, the system will automatically cancel it, and the order status will be displayed as "System Canceled".

3. If the order has been paid, call the customer service hotline to cancel.

4. After signing for the goods, if you find that you want to return or exchange the goods, you must take the time to fill out the return and exchange application.
