Report the loss of Lutong credit card and Lutong debit card:
1. Report the loss of credit card: You can report the loss through Bank of China Mobile Banking, Colorful Life APP, and "Bank of China Credit Card" WeChat official account , online banking or call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695566 and press the "#" key through the voice prompt to quickly handle the loss report and replacement card business. The loss report will take effect immediately. The new card will be delivered to the customer by mail. You need to bring the new card to the counter of Bank of China to change the binding relationship. When the credit card is reported lost, but before the Lutong Card restricted list officially takes effect, you can continue to use the Lutong Card to travel on expressways, and the tolls incurred will be credited to the customer's credit card account as normal.
2. To report the loss of Lutong Card, please go to a Bank of China branch to handle the loss report business. After the loss is reported, the Department of Transportation will send the loss report information to the ETC channel before it is released, but it will not be released for more than 72 hours. All tolls incurred after the loss report takes effect but before the restricted list officially takes effect (within 48 hours) will be borne by you. After finding the lost card, go to the counter again to unblock it, and the original card will be restored to use. After choosing to report the loss, if you need to replace the card with a new one, you need to bring your credit card, original valid ID card, original driving license, and original supporting OBU equipment to the local designated OBU installation outlet to replace the new Lutong card and initialize and activate the OBU equipment.
Warm reminder: There is no charge for card replacement in the offline counter mode. In the online (Shangao, Qilu) mode, you can contact the issuer (Shangao, Qilu) customer service to change the card, and a fee will be charged.
