If your friend has a China Merchants Bank credit card, there is a function of transferring money to a debit card, and then the money can be transferred to your credit card through the debit card.

Currently, our bank’s credit card provides three methods for cash withdrawal, namely ATM transfer, telephone cash advance and online banking cash advance (can be pre-borrowed to CMB/non-CMB savings cards in my name). The fees, interest, and limits are the same as for the domestic RMB cash advance business, that is, within the available limit of cash advance, the cumulative daily cash advance amount of each card shall not exceed RMB 2,000, and the handling fee shall be the transaction amount 1%, with a minimum charge of RMB 10 per transaction; interest-free repayment is not available, and interest will be charged at a daily interest rate of 5/10,000 from the transaction date to the settlement date, with compound interest calculated on a monthly basis.
