Why does CCB keep sending me credit cards without applying?
1. Check the application progress first and see if you have applied. Log in to the credit card homepage of CCB, find "Application Progress Query" on the left, click and enter my ID number to query the application progress. If found, call the credit card customer service hotline to see what is going on.

2. There is no application record after the inquiry. It may be that other confused applicants left the wrong mobile phone number when applying. It is best to call the customer service hotline to CCB, so that CCB can find a real cardholder to change his mobile phone number as soon as possible. If the cardholder hasn't found it himself and you haven't contacted him, you may receive relevant text messages in the future.
