If the password is locked, remember that the original password can be manually unlocked by calling the credit card; If you forget your password, you can reset it in the following ways (the password is 6 digits) (online banking professional edition and mass edition are not supported for the time being), and it will take effect immediately after the reset is successful:
1. After logging in to Pocket Life, click "My → Card Manager → Password Inquiry" to reset password inquiry;
2. Call the customer service hotline of the credit card center and manually reset the password;
3. WeChat WeChat official account searches for and pays attention to "China Merchants Bank Credit Card", and then sends "Forgot the inquiry password", which will prompt you to reset the inquiry password;
4. After logging in to mobile banking, click "Home → All → Apply for Credit Card → Password Reset" to reset the credit card inquiry password.
Transaction password: used for credit card swiping and cash advance, and cannot be cancelled after setting. However, you can choose to turn on or off the Credit Card Verification and Cash Advance functions. You can set, modify and reset through online banking, mobile banking, pocket life or credit card manual telephone:
1. After logging in to the popular version/professional version, select "Card Management → Password Management → Transaction Password Settings" to set it.
2. After logging in to mobile banking, select My → All → Credit Card → Setup Management → Card Management → Transaction Password Management → Transaction Password Settings.
3. Call the credit card service hotline, verify your identity, and select 3→3 to enter "transaction password setting and modification".
4. After logging in to Pocket Life, click My → Card Manager → Select the credit card to be modified and click the transaction password → Forget/modify the transaction password.
Tips: In order to use the card safely, it is recommended that you set two different passwords.
