One phone call to cancel the account:

① The cardholder confirms that there is no bill left on the personal credit card and no annual fee default;

③ Confirm the credit card information with the bank customer service specialist;

④ Telephone application for cancellation of credit card.

2. Cancel the credit card at the bank counter:

① Prepare the ID card;

(2) fill in the credit card cancellation application form;

③ Pay off the arrears;

(4) Cooperate with the bank counter staff to cancel the business and sign for confirmation.
