Our city center tax refund points will ask you to provide a credit card as a guarantee in case your purchase has not been taken out of the EU and if Global Blue does not collect your cash refund within 21 days from the date you collect your cash refund ( Use Visa, MasterCard, American Express as guarantee)/Receive the tax refund form within 15 days (use China UnionPay credit card as guarantee) or your tax refund form did not obtain a valid customs stamp when leaving the country.

Global Blue accepts the following credit card types as guarantee: Visa credit card; MasterCard credit card; China UnionPay credit card (only issued in mainland China); American Express card (Amex).

Global Blue does not support pre-paid cards as a tax refund method.

Regular mailing will take 3 - 5 weeks, depending on local postal service.
