What are the consequences of malicious overdue?
In applying for loans:
1, the bank will check the borrower's credit record when approving the loan. If there is malicious overdue behavior, big banks will basically refuse loan applications. If it is a mortgage, the borrower who paid the down payment will not approve the loan, and the down payment may not be returned, because this is the lender's own problem and has nothing to do with the developer.
2. Small banks may not particularly mind your malicious overdue, but they will take the opportunity to raise the loan interest rate. For the same house, borrowers have to spend more money than ordinary people, far more than paying off overdue debts.
Overdue mortgage:
After buying a house, you may be sued by the bank for repeatedly defaulting on your mortgage. If it is serious, the bank will require to recover the principal and interest of the loan in advance, otherwise the building will be repossessed. What's more serious is that you are detained by the news and prosecuted to the court for compulsory execution.
What kind of overdue is not malicious overdue
1. After buying a house, I checked out for various reasons, and the loan was not settled in time, resulting in overdue.
2. Overdue records caused by reasons such as the bank staff did not clearly inform the repayment date, the adjustment of loan interest rate, and the bank did not inform individuals when the repayment date changed.
3. The credit card has not been received or is not activated, but an annual fee has been incurred.
4. If an individual sells the mortgaged house but fails to refinance, the overdue due to the buyer's failure to repay the loan on time is still recorded in his own name.
