People do need to buy some insurance once they are over 30 years old. For example, accident insurance or medical insurance.

But I personally recommend not to buy through banks. In order to earn commissions, bank staff will trick customers into buying insurance without knowing much about it. Far inferior to insurance company employees in terms of insurance experience and knowledge.

It is better to find an insurance company and let their salespersons introduce you to the insurance that suits you.

It is not reliable to buy insurance from a bank.
