Mobile banking: If the ID card has not expired for more than six months, you can go to "I-Settings-Information Update" through mobile banking and click "Upload ID card information" to complete the ID card update by yourself. (Customers whose ID cards have not expired or whose ID cards have not expired for 6 months can update their ID card information through this menu).
2. Business outlets: You can also update the information at any business outlets or self-service channels of our bank with valid identity documents. If it's inconvenient for you, you can also do this business on your behalf (contact address and nationality must be checked, but you can't do it on your behalf), and other valid identity documents of you and the agent need to be provided at the same time.
Tips:
The first-generation ID card (15 digits) and other documents can only be updated at the counter, and mobile banking does not support updating. ※.
