The annual fee for the Peony International Card is as follows:

Personal Gold Card: RMB 200 for the primary card and RMB 100 for the secondary card

Personal ordinary card: 100 yuan for the main card, 50 yuan for the secondary card

In addition, the annual fee for the year can be reduced if the consumption reaches 5 times or 5,000 yuan per year.

Peony Card application conditions: Any individual who has full capacity for civil conduct, works in the location of the card issuer and has a stable income can apply for a Peony Card at any local ICBC branch. Applicants can apply for no more than 2 supplementary cards for their spouses or relatives who have full capacity for civil conduct.

You can go to the nearest branch to get an application form, fill it out completely, attach relevant information according to the requirements on the application form and submit it to the local business branch or card issuer.

Proof materials provided for personal cards:

a. Copies of the identity documents of the main card and supplementary card applicants (necessary). The identity document refers to one of the resident identity cards, military officer's ID cards, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao residents, Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan compatriots, and foreign passports.

b. Work certification documents, such as a copy of the work permit, the original work certificate issued by the work unit, a copy of the professional qualification certificate, and one of the copies of the professional title.

c. If you provide a copy of the ICBC "Elite Management Fund" account or a copy of the graduation certificate and degree certificate of a master's degree (inclusive) or above, it will speed up your card application process. Applicants who work in companies (enterprises) are generally required to provide documents proving their own real estate (copies of their own real estate certificate, public housing lease agreement or public housing purchase agreement, housing loan contract, etc.).

d. In order for your application to be processed as soon as possible and to have an accurate credit limit, please provide the following financial support documents, such as bank salary records, income certificates issued by the unit, income tax and withholding vouchers , copies of your own car driving license, our bank's time deposit receipt and other information.

After submitting the application, the card department will conduct a comprehensive score based on many factors such as your past card use and credit status. Only those who pass the comprehensive evaluation can apply.
