If you don't have tax return information in our bank, you need to go to our bank outlets or pay attention to the tax return supplementary documents of the official account of "China Bank Credit Card" WeChat before you can activate the card.

If you are an old customer of our bank, after receiving the card, you can call the 400 customer service hotline or activate the card directly through self-service channels such as colorful life APP. If you are an old customer of our bank or apply for a credit card by other means, you can apply through Bank of China Mobile Banking, "China Bank Credit Card" WeChat official account, Colorful Life APP and online banking. If activated through the customer service hotline 4006695566, you need to use a credit card to reserve your mobile phone number.
