After the card is activated, you can set three passwords, namely inquiry password, transaction password and credit card online banking login password:

1) password inquiry: used when handling business by telephone, and set in telephone voice after activating the card;

2) Transaction password: currently used, you can log in to Ping An Credit Card Online Banking or dial the 24-hour customer service hotline 9551-2-2-3 (Platinum VIP line 40088955 1 1) to open it. If the "signature+password" method is adopted for credit card consumption, the "consumption password" function can be opened in credit card online banking, and the transaction password can also be used as the password for credit card consumption and online payment.
