According to the notice of the General Office of the People's Bank of China on the implementation of the "Regulations on the Administration of Credit Information Industry"; In order to implement the Regulations on the Administration of Credit Information Business, standardize the compliance of the Bank's credit information business, improve the institutionalized level of credit information business management, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers, and effectively improve the service quality of the credit information system, we have made a self-examination in combination with the actual situation of the branch in handling credit information business, and now we make the following reports on the self-examination:
1. When handling credit information business, the relevant credit information staff of the Bank strictly follow the Regulations on the Administration of Credit Information Industry of the People's Bank of China, and follow compliance and prudence.
2. In the process of inquiry, according to the principle of prudence and safeguarding the rights and interests of financial consumers, the inquired person shall sign the inquiry authorization in person for each inquired person, and conduct inquiry within the authorization according to the inquiry reasons authorized by the inquired person, so as to ensure that there is no unauthorized inquiry or unauthorized inquiry. And for each query result, the confidentiality system is implemented to effectively safeguard the personal privacy of the queried person.
3. Before each inquiry, do a good job in the inquiry registration system, register the name, address, ID number, contact number and inquiry reason of the inquired person in detail, register each inquiry record one by one, and bind and save its register book quarterly.
4. At present, the inquired person of our bank is the borrower. For those who meet the loan requirements, the inquiry report is kept as loan information. For those who do not meet the loan conditions, our bank keeps the inquiry report in a special folder, and the inquirers will never publicize their information to ensure that their inquiry information will not be leaked, which will affect their personal reputation.
5. Make a comprehensive evaluation of the customers on the basis of comprehensive, objective and reasonable principles. The credit information is for reference only. We should not simply use the credit information system correctly and conduct credit information business in compliance on the grounds that there are negative data in the credit information system of individuals and units.
VI. Post-loan management inquiry for individual loan households, in strict accordance with the competent authorization system. 1. The personal credit data of non-farmers in rural (urban) credit cooperatives in qitaihe city has been successfully reported to the basic database of personal credit information on December 8, and it can be guaranteed to continue to be entered and reported at the end of this year. 2. The bank's provident fund account information has been successfully submitted to the basic database of personal credit information. 5. At present, no citizen in the jurisdiction has filed an objection application to the credit information management department. ii. assessment criteria for bank credit registration and consultation system
1. in the operation of issuing loan cards, we strictly implemented the relevant requirements of the administrative measures for bank credit registration and consultation (provisional), and timely and accurately entered the basic information and financial indicators of borrowers (guarantors), and there were no mistakes in the loan information issued. In this year's centralized data cleaning of the bank credit registration and consultation system, we completed the supplementary recording of more than 1, related information in only half the time stipulated by the provincial bank, and participated in the data cleaning work of the provincial bank. This assessment deserves 3 points;
2. After receiving the Notice on Forwarding the Relevant Requirements of the Head Office's Administrative License for Issuing Loan Cards from Kazakhstan Central Branch, we will strictly implement the administrative approval system for issuing loan cards. The borrower will provide the relevant card-handling materials for review by the Legal Affairs Office of the People's Bank of China, and then transfer them to the business department for acceptance. 3. from may 8 to the end of June this year, the bank carried out the centralized annual review of loan cards, and in mid-July, it made a report about the situation and reported it to Kazakhstan-China branch. This work deserves 2 points;
4. In order to ensure that all corporate credit businesses of financial institutions are accurately entered into the bank credit registration consulting system, we check the credit data balance with financial institutions at the beginning of each month. If any inconsistency is found, we will find out the existing problems and correct them in time. This assessment deserves 3 points;
5. In order to ensure the confidentiality of enterprise information, the Bank defined the query scope in the data query of the credit registration consulting system, formulated relevant systems and strictly implemented them, and all information of system administrators and operators of financial institutions should be filed in the PBOC. This assessment deserves 3 points;
6. The Science and Technology Department backs up the data of the city bank management system every day, and ensures the smooth connection between the server and the provincial system network, and reports the data to the provincial system in time. This assessment deserves 3 points;
7. during the comprehensive upgrade of the bank credit registration and consultation system this year, the information in the city bank management subsystem and the loan card management subsystem was revised and supplemented in a centralized way according to the spirit of the document No.48 [2xx] of the head office. 8. Make a pie chart by using the data information in the report subsystem of the People's Bank of China, and analyze the relevant information to strengthen the loan structure and credit risk early warning management. This assessment deserves 2 points;
iii. assessment criteria for credit information publicity and education
1. after receiving the notice on issuing the credit information education plan of the whole province (Ha Yinfa No.152), we drew up the work plan for credit information management in qitaihe city, the implementation of the assessment system for credit information management in 2XX, and the main points of credit information publicity and promotion in qitaihe city in 2XX, and reported them to Ha Zhongzhi. This assessment deserves 2 points;
2. In order to expand the publicity of credit information, the Bank organized financial institutions to hold the "Financial Credit Information Cup" men's basketball match in qitaihe city on June 18th and 19th, held a donation activity for poverty alleviation in qitaihe city Central Branch of China People's Bank on August 17th in combination with student loans, and launched credit information publicity activities such as consumer loans and small secured loans for student loans in Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China and rural credit cooperatives on September 21st. (I) Self-inspection of authorization management
