1. Log in to ICBC official website and mobile banking application, and enter personal bank account.

2. Find the options of "Transaction Records" and "Transaction Details" and click Enter.

3. In the transaction record list, find the record you want to delete, and click the "Delete" and "Recall" buttons behind it. Please follow the prompts on the page to complete the operation.

4. If you need to permanently delete the transactions, you can select the "Delete All" option.

5. Waiting for the system to process, it will take several minutes to delete the transaction record.
