If the card is not associated with mobile banking, you can select "+Add" to enter the card number, and scan the code is also supported.

1, call the customer service hotline, select 3- 1-2, and then enter the card number according to the prompt for quick inquiry;
2. After opening the mobile banking, click "Home"-"My Customer Service (Headphone Logo)" in the upper right corner, then click "Query Bank" to enter the page and enter the card number to be queried.
