The man used the woman's credit card to do business, and now he owes more than 400 thousand After the divorce, does the woman need to pay off her debts? Who can help me?
After the divorce, if the woman needs to repay the arrears, the first thing is that the woman has a credit card in her own name, and the bank will only call you when the money is called. Second, it is used for doing business during the marriage relationship, which belongs to family production, life or business. The woman is also informed and belongs to the joint debt of husband and wife, so the woman can't leave the relationship.

In China, the credit card debt of 400,000 is already a huge sum. If the card issuer fails to handle it three months after twice, it may be suspected of credit card fraud. It is suggested to communicate with the bank to prevent the bank from reporting the case and investigating criminal responsibility.
