Credit cards can delay repayment without application. According to the China Convention on Self-discipline of Bank Card Industry, banks should provide "time tolerance service" and "tolerance service" for credit card customers. Different banks may have different repayment grace periods. Banks usually have a grace period of at least three days for repayment. As long as the money is returned within three days, there will be no interest and penalty interest.

Article 8 of the Notice of the Working Committee of Bank Card Basic Payment of China Payment and Clearing Association on Printing and Distributing the Self-discipline Convention of Bank Card Industry of China Payment and Clearing Association shall strengthen the service awareness, timely and accurately disclose relevant information to customers in accordance with the bank card regulations, acquiring contract and acquiring service agreement, remind business risks and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of customers.
