To report the loss of a debit card and replace it, the cardholder must bring his or her valid ID to any branch within the jurisdiction of the card-issuing bank (except Ningxia, Hainan, Shandong, and Guangdong), and cannot be handled on behalf of others. When replacing the card, if the payment password is forgotten, the password should be reported after the loss is reported in writing, and then the card can be replaced.

You can verbally report the loss of your debit card through the following channels to ensure the safety of your account funds:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP and click "Home → My Account", click the debit card number you want to report lost to enter the details page, and click "Report Loss" to proceed.

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Account→Bank Account→Debit Card→Account Management in the upper right corner→Account Loss Report".

3. Customer service hotline: Please call the Agricultural Bank of China’s 24-hour customer service hotline 95599 to report the loss verbally through self-service voice or transfer to manual service.

4. Self-service terminal: Through the self-service terminal, select "Report Loss of Card/Passbook" and enter the card number and payment password to report the loss.

5. Counter: Cardholders are required to report the loss verbally at any outlet across the country with their valid ID (or ID number) and password (agents are allowed, but they must provide valid IDs for themselves and their agents) Original and copy).

Note: The risk of account funds arising from failure to report the loss in time shall be borne by myself.

If the first six digits of your debit card number are 622848, 622845, 622846, and 622849, the cardholder can choose to retain the original card number when handling the loss report or damaged card replacement business at any Agricultural Bank of China branch nationwide. It will take 15 working days to receive the new card. Whether other debit cards with the same number range support replacement or replacement of cards with the same number must be verified with the branch within the jurisdiction of the issuing bank.

3. WeChat: Please follow the "Agricultural Bank of China Credit Card" WeChat official account. After binding the credit card, you can enter "manual" to transfer to Kaka's teacher to handle the card protection business for you.

4. Customer service hotline: Please call our bank’s 24-hour credit card center customer service hotline 4006695599 (for areas where 400 is not available, please call 02161195599, for overseas please call +86-21-61195599) to report the loss.

5. Counter: The card owner is required to bring his/her identity document to an Agricultural Bank of China outlet to handle the card loss and replacement business.

Warm reminder:

1. Once the loss report is processed, it will take effect immediately and cannot be revoked.

2. To report a loss, you need to pay a loss reporting fee of 50 yuan from your account (free for platinum cards and other special cards). Our bank will bear the economic losses caused by fraudulent use of the card after your loss report takes effect, and will The replacement card will be mailed to you promptly.

3. After reporting the loss, our bank will provide you with a new card for free, and the new card will be sent to you by registered mail. If you want to get a new card as quickly as possible, you can apply for EMS Express and courier services require an emergency handling fee of 20 yuan each time from your account (free for special cards such as platinum cards).

If your credit card is lost, you can do the following:

1. Card protection: Our bank can temporarily add card protection for you. The temporary freeze is valid for 7 days. The freeze will be automatically unfrozen.

2. Reduce the limit: In addition to card protection, you can also choose to reduce the limit of your card. There will still be certain risks in card protection and limit reduction, and you still need to bear the risk yourself before reporting the loss. In order to ensure the safety of your funds, if the card is confirmed to be lost, please report the loss immediately.
