Our default credit card inquiry password is the last 6 digits of the ID card number you used to apply for a credit card. For example, the ID number you filled in when applying for a credit card is: 370403198010010123, then your initial inquiry password is 010123. If the last digit of your ID number is a letter, then your initial password will be the six-digit number of the letter. If your ID number is less than six digits, then add 0 in front of the existing number. If you use other documents and there are Chinese characters and brackets in the number, you need to call the customer service number on the back of the credit card to manually modify it, and then the bank will send you a new password letter.
