it may be because they have applied for credit card consumption reserves, and Ping An Bank needs to access the consumption vouchers in order to Ensure that the customer is using the funds for the specified purpose; or because Ping An Bank believes that the customer has performed illegal operations

and previous transactions are risky, relevant consumption vouchers need to be uploaded for verification.

In this regard, customers just need to upload the relevant invoice vouchers in a timely manner within the specified time in accordance with Ping An Bank's requirements. Log in to the "Ping An Pocket Bank" APP, enter the credit card transaction data upload interface, select "Invoice" as the business type, and then upload the invoice photo. Of course, customers can also upload their consumption vouchers to the email address provided by Ping An Bank, and just note their name and card number.

If Ping An Bank does not receive the invoice certificate required to be uploaded by the customer within the specified period, Ping An Bank is likely to reduce the card limit or restrict transactions.
