1. The instant discount received by customers through the activity is the general WeChat instant discount (only available for ICBC debit cards), which can be viewed in My, WeChat and Card Pack. It can be used at merchants with WeChat payment function, such as all online and offline merchants with WeChat payment function (except for financial management and a few specific merchants).

2. When using, you need to ensure that WeChat is bound to use ICBC debit card and complete WeChat payment. The payment amount must be greater than the immediate discount amount, which can be used as a deduction. The instant discount is valid for 7 days. If it is not used after the expiration date, the reward will be automatically given up.

3. In the event of a refund, the instant discount will be returned to the original WeChat account, and the validity period will remain unchanged. The refunded instant discount can continue to be used within the original validity period. If the original validity period is exceeded, the instant discount will become invalid and cannot be used again.
