The cardholder shall use the funds obtained by cash installment according to the purposes agreed with CCB, including household durable goods consumption, tourism consumption, home decoration, student education, medical care, etc. , shall not be used for production, operation and investment (including but not limited to housing, stocks, futures and other equity investments) and other non-consumer areas. Otherwise, CCB has the right to require the cardholder to repay all remaining debts in cash installments in advance, including but not limited to principal, handling fee, interest, repayment penalty, etc.

6. The specific terms of the cash installment agreement of Longka Credit Card shall be subject to the website of China Construction Bank, and other matters not covered shall be implemented in accordance with the laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) (China), financial industry policies, articles of association of Longka Credit Card of China Construction Bank, subscription agreement and relevant industry practices.
