ICBC credit card points can be redeemed for mileage in the following three ways:

1. Redeem mileage through the ICBC Credit Card Online Banking Points Redemption Mall;

2. Check credit card points and redeem airline miles through telephone banking channel 95588;

3. Exchange ICBC credit card points for miles through ICBC business outlets.

ICBC Credit Card Points Redemption Mileage Rules:

1. ICBC Credit Card Points Redemption Airline Miles activity can only be redeemed by airline members themselves. The cardholder applying for redemption must first become a member of the relevant airline company. Club members must provide their membership card number. Once the redemption application is accepted, it cannot be changed or canceled.

2. The airline miles approved for redemption will be deposited into the member's account within 10 to 15 working days. Please refer to and abide by the service terms and rules published by each airline for the validity period and usage method of the redeemed airline miles. Our bank will not be responsible for any disputes or disputes related to this.

3. Only ICBC credit card points can be used for redemption, and joint points will not participate in redemption activities. The number of air miles is limited and must be redeemed while supplies last. The personal income tax costs involved in the activity will be borne by the cardholder himself.

The mileage redemption period for ICBC Air China, China Southern Airlines and China Eastern Airlines credit cards is generally 36 months. Miles that have not been redeemed within this period will be cleared on the expiration date.
