The credit card owes 4 yuan. If the overdraft is not paid back for a long time, it will form a malicious overdraft and thus constitute a crime of credit card fraud. At this time, a case can be filed. If the bank reports the case to the public security organ, it will bear criminal responsibility.

Legal basis:

whoever steals a credit card and uses it shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of article 264 of this law.
