Lesson 2 disrespect for other people's communication methods

Respect: empathy, choice, inner feelings. Look at everything that ta has experienced from the perspective of ta. A very important conversation skill to master conversation is to observe each other's behavior and describe it truthfully. Seemingly dull conversation will make the other person soft-hearted, which is called marking the other person's feelings.

Lesson 3 To become a communication expert, you only need to do two things.

1) Balance your own needs with those of others;

2) deal with emotions first, and then deal with information.

Lesson 4

Learning to see clearly the needs behind emotions is the core of behavior.

Overflow, love is true love. Therefore, only by paying attention to yourself and accepting your own needs can you pay attention to the needs of others.

True respect is to give each other choice and flexibility.

A happy way

Learned helplessness feeling is a psychological phenomenon. The reason is that because of repeated failures and setbacks, I feel I can't escape. I will always be a loser. Therefore, when the opportunity comes again, I will not seize it. My mind has solidified, and I am a failure.

Lesson 5: Communicate with the attitude of giving gifts.

The principle of giving gifts:

Giving is one of the basic needs of human beings.

Two: gifts can be given to each other.

1) There are good and bad gifts. Every cloud has a silver lining accepts different gifts and turns bad gifts into good ones.

2) Learn and grow from what others give you.

3) Unconditional

Paying without asking for anything in return is the real paying. When you have extra love, you can spill it and give it to others to practice. )
