Responsible for timely handling, tracking and reporting difficult customer complaints, receiving some special customers such as political circles and judicial circles, dealing with customer problems, reaching a settlement with customers, preventing the impact of customer complaints from expanding, evaluating the risk of customer complaints, reducing the impact through consultation, formulating special customer complaint handling plans, giving reasonable plans and suggestions when employees encounter difficult problems, and assisting in other work according to the needs of the company.
