Step 1: Documents required for handling the operation permit procedures: car purchase invoice, driving license, ID card (mobile phone, telephone, temporary residence permit), driving license, driving license (qualification certificate) and testing certificate. All the above should be copied to the administrative hall for certification, and the certificate will be obtained after 3 working days.

Step 2: Apply for industrial and commercial business license: car purchase invoice, driving license, ID card (mobile phone, telephone, temporary residence permit), license plate, registration certificate (big green paper), compulsory insurance policy and 2 one-inch photos, and get the license after 3 working days.

Step 3: Get the business license and ID card and apply for the tax registration certificate.

Step 4: Return the completed business license and tax registration certificate to the administration hall.

Step 5: Take the photo sheet to the highway transportation management station for evidence collection after 5 working days.

I. Handling process of truck operation license:

1, Notice of Pre-approval of the Name of Self-employed Business by Industry and Commerce;

2. Apply for a road business license;

3. Obtain an industrial and commercial business license;

4. Obtain a tax registration certificate;

5. Vehicles arrive in dmv (the name of self-employed households is transferred from foreign cars to industrial and commercial offices);

6. Obtain a business license.

Two, trucks to apply for operating license, engaged in freight business, the required documents:

1, the original valid ID card of the person in charge;

2. The original and photocopy of the driver's license of the truck driver who has been hired or intends to be hired;

3 copies of the truck driving license and inspection certificate used for cargo transportation;

Legal basis: Article 24 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transport applies for engaging in freight business, and after going through the relevant registration formalities with the market supervision and management department according to law, it applies in accordance with the following provisions, and submits relevant materials that meet the conditions stipulated in Articles 21 and 23 of these regulations respectively:

(a) to apply to the competent department of transportation of the people's government at the county level for engaging in freight operations other than the transportation of dangerous goods;

(two) to engage in the transportation of dangerous goods, apply to the transportation department of the municipal people's government with districts.

The competent transportation department that accepts the application in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall complete the examination within 20 days from the date of accepting the application and make a decision on approval or disapproval. If the license is granted, the road transport business license shall be issued to the applicant, and the vehicle operation license shall be issued to the vehicle put into transport by the applicant; If the license is not granted, it shall notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.

Where an ordinary freight vehicle with a total mass of 4,500 kg or less is used for general freight business, it is not necessary to apply for a road transport business license and a vehicle business license in accordance with the provisions of this article.
