Zhang Aijun's Personal Life
1985 graduated from Wuhan Institute of Water Resources and Electric Power (now merged into Wuhan University) majoring in farmland water conservancy.

1993 graduated from Shaanxi Institute of Machinery (now xi University of Technology) with a master's degree in geotechnical engineering.

In 2007, he graduated from Xi University of Technology with a doctorate in geotechnical engineering.

In 2005, he was promoted to professor.

He has served as director of geotechnical engineering research office of Northwest Institute of Water Resources of Ministry of Water Resources, director of planning business department of Northwest Institute of Water Resources of Ministry of Water Resources, and secretary of Party Committee of School of Water Resources and Civil Engineering of Northwest A&F University.

Teaching undergraduate courses such as elastic mechanics and dam safety monitoring, master students' computational soil mechanics, doctoral students' theory and application of safety monitoring of hydraulic structures and master students. He is in charge of 2 National Natural Science Foundations, 863 Program 1 subproject of National High-tech Research and Development Plan, 948 Innovation and Transformation Plan 1 project of Ministry of Water Resources, and more than 40 key technical research projects of national key water conservancy and hydropower projects (such as the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer). The main scientific research projects include: the National Natural Science Foundation project "Study on the deterioration mechanism of loess engineering properties and the service life of structures", "Study on the optimization mechanism of composite foundation with multi-element composite piles and the optimization method of pile layout topology" and the national high-tech research and development plan "863" sub-project "Efficient water conveyance technology and products for modern channels and pipe networks" 200 1A24207 1 Study on new anti-seepage technology for special soil channels. Cooperate with China Academy of Water Sciences to undertake the "948" technical innovation and transformation plan project of the Ministry of Water Resources "Moisturizing deformation theory of unsaturated special soil and its application in channel engineering", research on dam construction technology of Kaergou ash yard of Hongyanchi No.2 Power Generation Co., Ltd. of Xinjiang Electric Power Bureau, and special research on the stability of loess high slope in open channel of the middle route project of South-to-North Water Transfer.
