The above funding conditions are based on teachers from poor families who have good conduct, abide by laws and regulations, love the socialist motherland, abide by the school's rules and regulations, have excellent quality, are skilled in work, and are dedicated to their work.

The funding quota is recommended by the school after individual application, and is generated based on the poverty level of the family to ensure that funds can be used for poor teacher families who need it most.

The subsidy standard is 10,000 yuan per person per year.

2. Funding procedures (1) Publicity.

The school widely publicizes the "Central Special Lottery Public Welfare Farming Plan" policy through effective channels and discloses the funding conditions (including funding conditions, funding quotas, funding application, review, supervision, etc.).

(2) School preliminary review.

Teachers who meet the funding requirements submit a written application to the school, and the teacher himself must truthfully fill in the "Teacher Application Form for the Central Special Lottery Public Welfare Farming Plan".

After the school receives the teacher application form, it must strictly follow the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality and conduct a preliminary review of the qualifications and conditions of the applied teacher.

The application form must be signed by the principal, who is the first responsible person.

(3) Review by the county “Incentive Farming Plan” leading group office.

Teacher application materials that pass the preliminary review (including application forms, written materials or image materials of typical poor teachers, disease certificates, difficulty certificates, disaster certificates, etc.) are reported to the county "Incentive Farming Plan" leading group office for review.

After review, a public announcement will be made in the Education and Sports Bureau and the teacher’s school for no less than 10 days.

If there are any objections during the announcement, the county “Incentive Farming Plan” leading group office will promptly investigate, verify, and handle the matter accordingly; after there are no objections in the announcement, the county “Incentivized Farming Plan” leading group office will report the relevant financial information to the superior department.

Review (paper and electronic documents), and finally report to China Education Development Foundation.

(4) After the China Education Development Foundation determines and announces the final list of funded teachers, it will directly allocate the funding funds due to each funded teacher to the County Education and Sports Bureau.

After the County Education and Sports Bureau receives the funding, the county "Incentive Farming Plan" leading group office will distribute it to each funded teacher according to the prescribed funding standards, and organize the teachers to sign for receipt.
