Confirmation of ownership is to confirm the subordination of ownership, use right and other rights of a real estate through registration procedures such as real estate declaration, ownership investigation, cadastral investigation, examination and approval, registration and certification according to laws and policies.

The fund confirmation business refers to that after the closed-end fund terminates listing, China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. transfers the relevant information of all closed-end fund share holders to the registration institution designated by the fund management company.

Relevant regulations

Article 20 of the "Regulations" stipulates that "the administrative department of land and resources shall examine the following evidential materials provided by both parties when investigating and handling dispute cases:

A certificate issued by the people's government to determine the ownership of land;

Two, the people's government or the competent department approved the requisition, transfer, transfer of land or other means to approve the use of land documents;

3. Both parties to the dispute reach a written agreement according to law;

Four, the people's government or judicial organs to deal with the dispute documents or drawings;

V. Other relevant documents.

Article 21 stipulates that "the administrative department of land and resources shall verify the evidence provided by the trustee before it can be used as the basis for ascertaining the facts."
