Design concept: create a perfect user experience

Founded in 2005, Yang Design (Design Consulting Agency) has been the world's leading product strategy and innovative design consulting agency. Adhering to the design concept of "creating perfect user experience", Yang Mingjie Capsule has won more than 60 design awards, including five German Red Dot Awards, German iF, Japanese G-mark, American IDEA Award and the most influential design silver award in Asia. His works are exhibited in major design exhibitions and museums around the world. For example, the T-BOX home system designed for famous Italian brands was released at the main venue of the 201Milan exhibition, and the series of tea sets "Knowing bamboo and being happy" won the appreciation of the First Lady of China.

For what is an excellent product, Yang Mingjie gave his evaluation criteria from five levels:

C producer level, including 1, reasonable materials and technology, 2, standardization, 3, cost control, 4, innovation;

D. Owner level, including 1, identity, 2, brand awareness;

E. Social level, including 1, sustainable development, 2, positive enlightenment.

Faced with numerous honors, Yang Mingjie said that he always remembered a sentence that my German tutor said: Einfach Istnich Einfach, which means simplicity is a kind of spirit, which is not easy to achieve. The world before us is full of temptations. We should learn to give up, make our hearts simple, and concentrate the truly meaningful things to the extreme.

Design Collection: Chronicle of China Design

Yang Mingjie's hundreds of collections from all over the world since the British Industrial Revolution show a microcosm of the world's industrial history, as well as the dynastic history of modern industrial design in China and the relationship between products and industrial chains. Understand the life, culture and craft form in a specific period and environment from the products of different periods and nationalities around the world. Therefore, Yang Mingjie has also carried out comparative research on product design archaeology, involving the analysis of time axis, product categories, countries, regions and nationalities. Yang Mingjie and his team have made a long-term and in-depth study on the country, nationality, brand, user's lifestyle and aesthetic preference of product design.

The first private industrial design museum in China, founded by Yang Mingjie, was completed in Shanghai. It brings together nearly a thousand old industrial products and innovative design works, showing the history, modernity and future of industrial design. It integrates the functions of exhibition, dissemination, research and education to promote the development of Shanghai's industrial design and the construction of Shanghai's design capital.
