3. Basic information of senior managers and other employees;

4. Paid-in registered capital;

5. Proof of business place;

6. Legal opinions on registration of private equity fund managers (hereinafter referred to as "legal opinions on registration"). Register an account → fill in the member representative information → register the manager → fill in the basic information of the manager → handle the association → complete the registration within 20 working days.
