CICC Xiamen Anju REITs will be listed on August 31, 2022.

As a "new thing" in the domestic capital market, real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the infrastructure field will officially launch in 2021.

In June of the same year, the National Development and Reform Commission included affordable rental housing into the category of infrastructure that can issue public infrastructure REITs for the first time.

Seizing the opportunity, Xiamen took the lead and quickly set up a special team to promote public infrastructure REITs and push forward with all its strength.

After several efforts, Xiamen REITs won the first battle: on July 29, 2022, the "CICC Xiamen Anju REIT" project was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, officially launched on August 16, and successfully listed on August 31.
