On the basis of all-round development of ophthalmology, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cataract, extraocular myopathy and amblyopia in children, laser and surgery of eye trauma and retinal vitreous diseases.

from February 21 to February 23, under the guidance of Professor Harding JJ of Ophthalmology, Oxford University, UK, he conducted postdoctoral research for two years. More than 1 research papers have been published by the first author/correspondent, among which 15 research papers and international conference exchanges (included in SCI) have been published by the first author in more authoritative international academic journals (including biochem J, biochim biophysica, Invest Ophthalmol Vissci, Curr Eyeres, Molvis, Ophthalmic Res, Eye, Am J Ophthalmol, Biochem, etc.). The multimedia courseware of Cataract Treatment, Ophthalmopathy and the teaching VCD Diabetic Retinopathy won the second and third prizes of modern educational technology achievements in Shaanxi Province and the third prize of excellent audio-visual education achievements in Shaanxi Province respectively, which were distributed nationwide by the People's Liberation Army Health Audio-visual Publishing House.
