According to the General Office of the State Council's "On Doing a Good Job in Cleaning Up Regulations" Notice on Relevant Issues" (Guobanfa [2010] No. 28) requires that, with the consent of relevant departments of the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission decided to abolish 9 regulations including the "Details for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administrative Protection of Agricultural Chemical Substances and Products" and the "On the Price Management of Traditional Chinese Medicines" 476 normative documents including "Reform Opinions" (see Annex 1), 3 regulations including "Several Provisions on the Development of Combined Heat and Power" and 331 regulations including "Notice on Strictly Supplying Diesel Burned with Heavy Oil as Planned" The relevant documents became invalid (see Attachment 2), and 5 regulations including the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Electricity Supply and Consumption" and 3 normative documents including the "Notice on Punishing Illegal and Criminal Activities that Obstruct Price Inspectors from Performing Their Official Duties according to law" were revised (see Attachment 3 ).
