All foundations approved and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs before December 31 of the inspection year shall participate in the annual inspection.

The results of the annual inspection will be announced in the "Notice and Announcement" on the China Social Organization Network. After the annual inspection results are announced, the foundation is required to bring the original legal person registration certificate (original and duplicate) to the Foundation Management Office of the Civil Organization Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Civil Affairs to have the annual inspection stamp stamped. Applications will no longer be accepted on New Year's Eve.

If the foundation fails to affix the annual inspection seal within the time limit without legitimate reasons, it will be deemed to have failed to accept the supervision and inspection of the registration management authority in accordance with regulations.
