China Charity Ranking is guided by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and compiled by Public Welfare Times. It is supported by 26 social organizations and local charities, including China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, China Youth Development Foundation and Beijing New Face Demonstration School. The annual charity ranking is a comprehensive summary of charitable donations in China in the previous year. Its function is to encourage people to donate money.

The compilation method of China Charity Rankings refers to the experience of various foreign charity rankings and combines the national conditions of charitable donations in China to make the data accurate and scientific. In the process of compiling, data collection and comprehensive statistics are carried out through the above six channels, the second step is to review and verify the data through surveys and interviews, and finally the list is sorted and analyzed.

According to the provisions of Article 3 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Welfare Donation Law, charitable donations mainly include: activities to rescue disasters, help the poor, help the disabled and other difficult groups and individuals; Funding education, science, culture, health and sports; Funds for environmental protection and social public facilities construction; Donate other social undertakings and welfare undertakings that promote social development and progress.

Individuals and enterprises with the above-mentioned donation behavior can be recommended to participate, and can only be listed after verification and inspection by the China Charity Ranking Office.
