The qualification for fund practice is based on the relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Securities Investment Fund Law, the Measures for the Administration of Securities Investment Fund Sales and the Professional Standards for Securities Investment Fund Salespersons. Personnel engaged in fund publicity, promotion and consultation shall have the professional knowledge and skills of laws and regulations, finance and finance necessary for fund sales activities, and obtain the securities qualification recognized by the association according to relevant regulations. "In order to improve the professional level and quality of fund practitioners, China Securities Industry Association is scheduled to hold the qualification examination for fund practitioners from September 2008.

2. The Securities Industry Association of China shall exercise the duties of obtaining the securities industry qualification and management practice certificate. Those who have passed the qualification examinations for basic disciplines and professional disciplines organized by the Association are qualified. Pass the basic subjects and more than two (including two) professional subject examinations, and obtain the first-class professional level certification certificate; Pass the basic subjects and four or more (including four) professional subject examinations, and obtain the two-level professional level certification certificate. The examination content mainly includes the basic knowledge and theory of securities science (analysis methods include basic analysis and technical analysis.
