If the funds have not arrived for many days, investors can report to the fund sales platform, and the sales platform will inquire about the reasons and solve them after receiving the report.

If the fund shares need to be bought on the trading day before confirmation, they need to be cancelled before the afternoon of the trading day, and no handling fee will be charged after cancellation.
