1949, he went south to Hong Kong alone. When he first came, he worked as a docker, handyman and miner. After coming to Hong Kong, Jiang Zhen took part in the Free China Movement and was trained in Saipan, ready to be airdropped to Shandong. However, with the end of the Korean War, the Free China Movement also ended, and Jiangzhen had to stay in Hongkong to continue its development. Dr. Jiang is indomitable, thrifty and always full of confidence in life.
From 65438 to 0956, he joined Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co., Ltd. under the introduction of friends. He studied modestly with a sincere and serious attitude, was diligent in thinking, and was good at observing. Finally, he was able to gradually master the know-how of mechanical maintenance and lay a solid foundation for his future career development.
1958, with very limited funds, Dr. Jiangzhen resolutely started a business, and with a capital of HK$ 200, he founded Zhenxiong Machine Factory with his friend Tan Xiong, and invented the world's first ten-inch screw direct injection molding machine. At first, his career was ups and downs, but in extremely difficult years, Dr. Jiang Zhen still maintained a strong will. At that time, he saw the opportunity and the development potential of the plastic industry, so he accumulated funds bit by bit and persistently studied the injection molding machine for manufacturing plastic products. Finally, in 1966, he invented the world's first 10 ounce screw direct injection molding machine, and won the "honor award for the latest product" issued by the Hong Kong Chinese Manufacturers Association. Since then, the career has developed steadily. Today, Zhenxiong Group has become a leader in business with its huge scale, excellent products and excellent reputation. The success of Zhenxiong Group today can be said to be the result of Dr. Jiang Zhen's perseverance and unremitting struggle.
From 65438 to 0990, the "Jiang's Industrial Charity Fund" (now renamed "Industrial Charity Fund") was established with all the shares in its group name, which sponsored a number of mainland and local industrial research, training and lectures, and was a model for promoting industrial development. In recognition of Jiang Zhen's outstanding contribution to Hong Kong's industrial development, he was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in 2005. Dr. Jiang Zhen only received four years of formal education, but with strong will and perseverance, he made great contributions to enterprise management and industrial development and became an excellent model of contemporary entrepreneurs. Because of his contribution to the modernization of Hong Kong's manufacturing industry, he was awarded the British Imperial Medal by the British government.
