What is the organizational structure of Panama Foundation?
Foundation's organizational structure: Board of Directors-Executive Team Secretariat (consisting of two parts).

Board of Directors: It undertakes the decision-making function, and deliberates and approves the strategic plan, annual plan, budget and other major issues of the Foundation through regular board meetings convened and presided over by the chairman.

Secretary of the Board of Directors: Secretariat staff are also responsible for drafting, recording and keeping the minutes, minutes and documents of the Board of Directors, and liaising with directors and supervisors when the Board of Directors is not in session.

Secretariat: The executive body of the Foundation is led by the Secretary-General and elected by the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the daily work of the Secretariat. The Secretariat consists of administrative, project, financial, human resources and public relations departments.
